"We had a really great day and enjoyed learning lots of good techniques for making delicious breads. We learnt about plain white bread some with fillings, bread made with a poolish and then a sourdough bread. We used various fillings and it was a lot of fun. We also had a very yummy lunch accompanied by our own freshly baked bread! Lizzie was very thorough and very pleasant in her manner – very easy to get along with and helpful as we all tried our hand at making and baking the bread." The Johnsons
